Board of directors

Visual Photonics Epitaxy Co., Ltd established the structure of governance and enforcement rules of corporate according to the Company Law、Securities and Exchange Law and related laws.

According to the Company Corporate Charter, the company should elect 11 directors ( including 3 independent deirectors ). The term of each Director should be 3 years, commencing from June 7, 2023 and ending on June 6,2026.
